Bramble Ski Sees 45% Rise in Stay Length as Affluent Travelers Seek Immersive Mountain Esc
The luxury alpine rental platform's data reveals a shift toward longer, privacy-focused winters, supported by a team delivering concierge and ski guide services
Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is capitalizing on a fundamental shift in how high-net-worth travelers approach winter holidays. New booking data shows the average length of stay increased 45% year-on-year, while 43% of guests returned season after season, signaling a preference for extended, immersive mountain experiences over traditional short ski breaks.
The platform operates a curated collection of nine privately rented mountain homes across Verbier, Méribel and Val d'Isère, ranging from secluded hilltop retreats to village-center residences. Properties accommodate between eight and twelve guests and feature full spa suites with indoor pools and treatment rooms, positioning them for multigenerational and group travel. Properties in the portfolio include Chalet Mont Tremblant in Méribel, Chalet Vicuña and Chalet Petheo in Verbier, Chalet Oly in Val d'Isère, and Chalet Bibi in Verbier, along with Chalet 1855, Chalet Alpin Roc, Chalet Grand Coeur, and Apartment Serene.
The operational model differentiates Bramble Ski from traditional luxury rental platforms. A team of 203 people manages approximately 700 stays each winter season, with an average of six team members involved per booking. Each guest receives a Bramble Ski Pro—a dedicated concierge and expert ski guide—who coordinates on-slope itineraries, restaurant reservations, private chef briefings and bespoke experiences ranging from helicopter transfers to torch-lit snowshoe walks and summit champagne service.
The service intensity has produced measurable business results. Bramble Ski reports a Net Promoter Score of 85.92, a metric typically reserved for best-in-class hospitality operators. The combination of property curation, staffing depth and personalized service appears to address a growing segment preference: travelers prioritizing privacy and tailored experiences over standardized resort infrastructure.
The data suggests the market for extended alpine stays at this price point remains underserved. With stay length extending significantly and retention rates approaching 43%, the model indicates willingness among affluent travelers to commit capital to longer winter commitments when privacy and customized service are guaranteed. Whether other luxury travel platforms will adopt similar staffing ratios and concierge intensity remains a key question for the sector.
