Marc Falsetto to Open Caviar Club, a High-End Steakhouse on Fort Lauderdale's Las Olas
The restaurateur behind Anthony's Runway 84 and Tacocraft is launching an 1980s-inspired restaurant and lounge in Fall 2026, designed by Garrett Singer Studio.
Marc Falsetto, the Fort Lauderdale restaurateur behind the 2023 relaunch of Anthony's Runway 84 and a portfolio of South Florida concepts including Tacocraft, Pizza Craft, and the speakeasy Apothecary 330, will open Caviar Club in the fall of 2026 at 833 East Las Olas Boulevard. The venture marks the most ambitious project under Falsetto Hospitality, the newly-renamed corporate umbrella for what was formerly Handcrafted Hospitality.
Caviar Club will operate as a restaurant, lounge, and private club hybrid, designed by Garrett Singer Studio, the New York firm behind Gary Vaynerchuk's Flyfish Club and projects for Major Food Group including the Michelin-starred Torrisi. The interior will channel 1980s maximalism through rich woods, Art Deco-style lighting, animal prints, custom Italian fabrics, and handcrafted imported furniture. The restaurant will feature a private entrance for VIP and celebrity guests.
The menu positions itself as an American steakhouse with fine-dining precision. Dishes will include Dover Sole filleted tableside, French Dips served in Baccarat crystal, and prime Dry-Aged and Wagyu steaks carved in front of diners. Caviar will feature throughout, from seafood displays to caviar-topped wagyu creations. The wine program will offer more than 300 French and American labels alongside prestige Champagnes and a martini list drawing inspiration from cocktail institutions such as Bemelmans Bar and The St. Regis New York.
Falsetto characterized the concept as capturing "1980s glamour through design, energy, culinary theater and a carefully-curated soundtrack." He stated: "Fort Lauderdale is evolving into a world-class travel, hospitality and nightlife destination. Caviar Club is not a continuation of what has come, but a huge, brash, no-holds-barred step forward in dining and nightlife; a glamorous and sophisticated escape where fashion meets food and indulgence reigns supreme." The restaurant will transition throughout the evening from early sophistication to late-night energy, with a DJ and Champagne service as the night progresses.
Falsetto, previously honored as one of South Florida's "Top 40 Under 40" by the South Florida Business Journal, launched Handcrafted Hospitality in 2010. His restaurant operations currently generate millions of dollars in revenue annually. The Caviar Club opening will test whether luxury dining concepts centered on theatrical service and 1980s aesthetics can sustain premium pricing in Fort Lauderdale's evolving dining market.
