Nobu Hospitality is entering the residential real estate market in the United States with Nobu Bellevue Residences, a mixed-use development in Downtown Bellevue, Washington owned by Silverstein Properties. The project marks the brand's first completed and move-in ready residential development in the country and will relaunch under the Nobu brand in late 2026.

The development spans a full city block and comprises 365 luxury condominiums across two residential towers, alongside curated retail, dining, and hospitality experiences. Units feature expansive homes with panoramic views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and the Olympic Mountains. Polaris Pacific is serving as sales agent for Silverstein. A Nobu restaurant is anticipated to open in 2027 as part of the property's transformation.

The residences will emphasize what Nobu describes as understated luxury, blending Japanese minimalism with Pacific Northwest materials and warmth. Residents will have access to branded public spaces, signature residential services, and direct access to Nobu dining. Trevor Horwell, Chief Executive Officer of Nobu Hospitality, said the project represents a milestone for residential expansion in the United States. "Bellevue continues to emerge as a global city for innovation, culture, and luxury living, making it a natural fit for the Nobu lifestyle," Horwell said.

Shawn Katz, President of Silverstein Capital Partners, described the partnership as rooted in shared vision. "With a Nobu restaurant and the introduction of Nobu Residences to the Pacific Northwest, we are not just raising the bar. We are setting an entirely new one," Katz said.

The Bellevue project joins a growing collection of Nobu Residences across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The development signals the luxury hospitality brand's shift toward integrated lifestyle residential offerings, extending its portfolio beyond traditional hotel operations into full-service residential communities.
