Top Chef Season 23 Winner to Helm One-Night Dinner at Aspen's Hotel Jerome
Chef Rhoda Magbitang, winner of Bravo's competition, will headline an exclusive June 20 event as part of the property's annual Epicurean Passport Weekend.
Chef Rhoda Magbitang won the Season 23 finale of Bravo's Top Chef, which aired June 8, and will headline a single-seating dinner at Hotel Jerome, Auberge Collection in Aspen on June 20. The event, called The Winner's Table, marks one of the first opportunities for guests to experience the award-winning cuisine that earned her the competition's title.
The intimate dinner will take place at Prospect at Hotel Jerome and will feature a multi-course menu inspired by Magbitang's culinary perspective, alongside expertly paired wines and cocktails. An evening reception will precede the dinner service. The event is part of Hotel Jerome's sixth annual Epicurean Passport Weekend, which runs June 18 through 21.
Magbitang currently serves as Executive Chef of CanoeHouse at Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection and previously held the role of Executive Chef at The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, Auberge Collection. Her participation in the Aspen dinner underscores her established standing within the Auberge Collection portfolio.
Stephane Lacroix, General Manager of Hotel Jerome, Auberge Collection, said the Epicurean Passport Weekend is designed to showcase culinary talent in an intimate setting. "This year's program introduces a dynamic new element through our collaboration with Bravo's Top Chef, offering a rare opportunity to experience the winning chef's cuisine beyond the show in an intimate setting," he said.
Hotel Jerome, a 137-year-old historic landmark listed in the National Register of Historic Places, has positioned the Epicurean Passport Weekend as a platform to maintain Aspen's prominence in the global culinary conversation. The hotel's amenities include Prospect, which holds a Michelin Guide recommendation, along with the J-Bar, the Living Room bar and lounge, Bad Harriet speakeasy, and the Yarrow spa.
Tickets for The Winner's Table can be reserved through Hotel Jerome's website. The dinner represents a continued expansion of experiential programming tied to prestige television properties within the luxury hospitality sector.
